If you are not happy with your Brands on Broadway purchase, we will be happy to accept a return. However, all customer created designs are not eligible to be returned. You may return your purchase within 30 days of your original order. Items being returned must be in their original condition. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, with the exception of return codes 3, 5 and 10. 

Include the Brands on Broadway Return Copy – found in the last section of your packing slip –  in your package to help us process your return. After processing, please allow 5-7 business days for a credit to appear on your account. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Items purchased on shopbrandson.com may also be returned to the Brands on Broadway store. Simply bring your items in to our Downtown location and our customer service team can assist you with your return. 

We suggest shipping the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance, as Brands on Broadway is unable to provide credit for packages lost during shipment.

If you do not have the original packing slip, please include a note inside the return package with the following information: reason for returning item(s), order number, purchaser's name, address, and telephone number. Your order number can be found in your confirmation/shipment email, through Order History in 'My Account' on shopbrandson.com, or by calling Brands on Broadway at 701-373-0301.
